Description

Serves 4

This is a very good recipe for a seafood biryani. You can make it with whatever seafood you like, but personally we never put molluscs like clams or mussels in a dish that takes very long to cook because we don’t think they taste brilliant. This is slightly smaller than a lot of biryanis and serves four nicely.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Prawns, white fish, like monkfish, sea bass, bream or John Dory, lime, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, turmeric, chillies, star anise, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, garlic, ginger, coconut, ghee, onions, curry leaves, Garam masala, salt, tomatoes, cardamom pods, bay leaves, basmati rice.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.
