Description

Add a touch of sweetness to your seafood dish with these spectacular Scottish Langoustines (also known as Scampi). Closely related to the lobster but with similar features of a prawn, langoustines are much sweeter in taste compared to both crevettes and prawns. Sustainably caught, these langoustines are frozen at sea to maintain their maximum freshness and flavour making them a highly prized and sought-after product.

With a meaty tail and prawn-like texture, enjoy their incredibly tasty and intense flavour by either boiling, steaming, pan-frying or deep-frying them for only a few minutes. Whether you choose to serve them as a delicate starter or pair them with a more robust main meal, the versatility will be endless with these delicious langoustines.

Please note

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
