Description

Our raw black tiger prawns are perfect to be pan-fried, grilled, or cooked on the BBQ in their shells to bring out their full sweet flavour. These luxurious prawns are fully traceable and highly sustainable and can be ordered in advance for that special occasion or as a spectacular centrepiece to a main meal.

A versatile species that simply cooked works in a variety of dishes across many cuisines. We like to make a very simple seafood pasta dish with prawns, chilli, tomato and parsley, that only takes 10 minutes.

Please note

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
