Description

This traditional recipe makes an excellent gourmet drinks snack simply spread on toast. The mackerel is poached whole in a court-bouillon, the skin and bones are then removed by hand.

The flavour of the mackerel mingles with those of onions, tomatoes, white wine, spices, and of course lime which gives this recipe its superb freshness!

As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
