This recipe is from Kewpies, Rakhi Dasgupta’s famous restaurant in Calcutta, and is one of her signature dishes.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Onions, ghee, bay leaves, Garam masala, ginger, garlic, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, prawns, coconut milk, salt, sugar, water.
