Serves 2

Peera is a dry vegetable or prawn curry from Kerala – the sauce is really reduced and thick so it just coats the prawns. The souring agent in this is kokum, a dried fruit of the mangosteen family, which they tend to use more than tamarind.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Kokum, ginger, green chillies, Kashmiri chillies, shallots, curry leaves, turmeric, salt, coconut flesh, coconut oil, prawns.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.
