Serves 2

This creamy fish recipe serves 2 and is utterly delicious. The combination of the rich fragrant spices, the creamy coconut and the tender fish produces an incredibly tasty fish dish that all will love. The black cardamom added at the end of cooking is an essential flavour in this particular dish.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Cod, coconut almonds, white poppy seeds, onions, ghee, cloves, green cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, water, Greek-style yogurt, black cardamom pods, raisins.
