I think more than anything else that this dish typifies what we say about really fresh fish not being ruined by a spicy curry. I always think oily fish goes well with curry anyway, particularly with the flavours of tomatoes, tamarind and curry leaves like this dish.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Vegetable oil, mustard seeds, onion, garlic, curry leaves, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander, turmeric, chopped tomatoes, Tamarind liquid, green chillies, salt, snapper fillets.
