Serves 4

We've always thought that a good fish soup is the best way to test the quality of a good fish supplier. It's all to do with the depth of flavour that comes from using lots of fish and shellfish with saffron, tomatoes, red peppers, fennel, garlic and, always for me, orange peel.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Day-old white bread, Fish stock, Harissa, Garlic, Egg yolk, Olive oil, Water, Mixed fish, sin as gurnard, dogfish, cod and grey mullet, Onion, Celery, Leek, Fennel, Orange, Tomatoes, Red peppers, Bay leaf, Thyme, Saffron strands, North Atlantic prawns, Cayenne pepper, Salt & Pepper.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
