Serves 4

This is a world classic recipe that is so often ruined by sickly sweet tins of creamed corn, tasteless crab and gloopy cornflour. We thought it would be interesting to restore the dish to its simplicity and reliance on good, fresh ingredients.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Chicken stock, Fresh corn cobs, Fresh white crabmeat, Cornflour, Ginger, Spring onions, Chinese rice wine, Egg white

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
