Description

Serves 4

Few recipes concentrate the flavors of the main ingredient better than a French crawfish bisque. This is no mere soup or stew, it is a full-on barrage of flavor that makes everyone stop talking at the table: You just want to savor this soup in silence.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Freshwater crayfish, crab, lobster or saltwater crayfish, Fish stock, Olive oil, Butter, Celery sticks, Garlic, Carrots, Leek, Tomatoes, Tomato purée, Brandy, Dry white wine, Bay leaves, Thyme, Peppercorns, Single cream. Garnish with fresh dill.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
