Description

Serves 4

This tangy and refreshing soup is light and nutritious; it will revive you after a heavy night out; it will nourish you without damaging your waistline. Should you want to bulk it out, add some noodles at the end - they will take only a minute or two to cook.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Chillies, Ginger, Dried shrimp paste, Garlic, Shallots, Muscovado sugar, Lemon juice, Squid (pouches and tentacles), Chicken stock, Thai fish sauce, French beans, Monkfish fillet, Baby pak choy, Baby leaf spinach. Garnish with a small handful of coriander leaves, 1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
