Serves 4

A fine lunch dish for those warm summer days is a piping hot fresh fish soup. This Italian version is simple. When we first cooked this soup it was in Venice and had I listened to the advice of the assembled bunch of italian friends, we would have had twenty differing versions of this recipe. Everyone had a view! 'More garlic - more olive oil - don't use monkfish' etc., etc. Anyway, this is an authentic burrida.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Olive oil, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Plum tomatoes, Anchovy fillets, Basil, Parsley, flat-leaf, Garlic, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, Eels, Monkfish, Squid, Octopus, Scampi Tails, Red snapper. Garnish with chopped basil and parsley.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
