Serves 4

This soup really celebrates the subtle flavours of oysters. For perfect results, the stock that you use needs to be chilled until the fat sets on the top and can be strained off, otherwise there will always be disappointing droplets on the top of your otherwise beautifully clear soup.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Oysters, Chicken stock, Thai fish sauce, Soy sauce, Green chilli, Ginger, White fish fillet, Leeks, Egg white. Garnish with tarragon, chervil and young flat-leaf parsley.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
