Description

Serves 4

The meat of the spider crab is wonderfully fragrant and sweet. The whole point of this soup is to sum up the seafood flavours of Provence.

Simply warm in a pan or microwave.

Remains fresh for 4 days from delivery.  Cannot be frozen.

Full Ingredients

Cooked spider or brown crab, Leek, Fennel, Vegetable stock, Tomatoes, Olive oil, Dried chillies, Fennel seeds, Orange, Tomato purée, Garlic, Pastis, such as Pernod or Ricard, saffron. Garnish with young flat-leaf parsley.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Produced in an environment that handles sesame seeds and nuts

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
