Trout Fillets

Description

Commonly baked whole in foil or paper, rainbow trout do well stuffed with fresh herbs and lemon slices. The flesh has a texture similar to salmon but is milder in flavour. Don’t forget to make the most of the fat under the skin, which turns wonderfully crispy when pan-seared.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
