A slow-cooked recipe with melt-in-the-mouth texture and tropical flavours!

Grains of Paradise, or melegueta pepper, is an African pepper that is not very hot but full of flavour. Here it plays a star role, accompanied by poppy and mustard seeds. The white balsamic vinegar brings a touch of acidity, while the fried onions add a sweet note…Bon appétit!

A concentrate of Omega-3s, vitamins and marine minerals, mackerel offers a host of benefits for maintaining extra health every day!

Please note

SurMer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
