Fished in season, our mackerel fillets are freshly prepared, cooked in a court-bouillon and canned by hand in the strictest respect of traditions.
Subtly flavoured with pink berries, bergamot and a hint of dill, their tender, melt-in-the mouth texture reveals delicate floral and lemon notes.

Fat-free, oil-free, low-calorie and low-salt, this recipe is deliciously light so can be enjoyed in abundance! One of the omega-3 champions, 100g of mackerel covers 6 times the recommended intake of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 3 times that of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), in addition to providing 3 times the requirements of vitamin B12 and 100% of vitamin D requirements. Also a source of iodine, phosphorus and selenium, mackerel offers optimum nutritional value.

To be enjoyed cold, as a starter or as a main course, our Tout Simplement Mackerel Fillets are simply delicious with potatoes, coral lentils, spinach or quinoa.

As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
