A subtle balance between heat and fruitiness...

A recipe with some heat, but not too much : just enough peppers to obtain a subtle balance of warm and fruity flavours ! Including both red and green peppers broadens the range of flavours and gives the recipe a more colourful character. The lemon adds a fresh note, while the olive oil brings harmony. A delicious array of flavours and colours!

SurMer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
