A recipe inspired by Creole achards…

In this savourous recipe, the spices and aromatics are prepared by hand and infuse our delicate sardines: while the bay and clove bring aromatic notes, the pepper and the chilli add a touch of spice… All the flavours are brought together in a fruity extra virgin olive that impregnates the flesh of the sardines. Let yourself be tempted by this warm and authentic recipe!

Please note

SurMer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
