Description

Squids are molluscs, however similar to other cephalopods (e.g., octopus and cuttlefish), they don’t have external shells with the exception of one and have an ink sac, which is also used in many cuisines. The meat from the Squid tentacles is more tender with a milder, more delicate sweet taste.

Please note

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
