Our fish stock will enhance your home cooking, taking meals to the next level of flavour with the minimum of fuss. No need to spend hours creating your own homemade fish stock, just whip our Fish Stock out of the freezer and you're away.

Add our natural Fish stock to your favourite seafood dishes – from the famous French bouillabaisse to creamy smoked haddock chowder, seafood paellas or a nicely spiced kedgeree.

If you want to make an easy fish broth recipe use our fish stock as a base for a delicious healthy meal in minutes.

It also works great for a salmon or trout risotto, bringing the flavours of the fish to the fore.

We only use fish frames from white fish such as monkfish, bass, plaice and other flat fish. The frames are slashed to help release their natural gelatin that gives our stock it's natural viscosity when used to create sauces. They are simmered gently with a few vegetables and aromats to create a delicate fresh stock.

Water, White Fish Frames, Onion, Leek, Fennel, Bay Leaf, Parsley, Peppercorns.

Allergens: Fish, crustaceans, celery, sulphites.

Please note

Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
