Description
Fancy a good chew? Try a whelk, also known as the sea snail. That doesn't sell you? Then just slice them - whelk meat is very agreeable in smaller pieces. Whelks are highly sustainable, not to mention good for you, being low in fat and probably higher in Vitamin B12 than any other foodstuff. Our whelks are cooked and deshelled so ready to roll. Ninety per cent of production heads straight off to Korea and as I write, it looks like they plan to get the other ten per cent. So don't delay, try a whelk today.

Please note
Sur Mer ensures the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.
Cancellation policy
As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
