Hear from our customers

This was sent as a 70th birthday gift to two very dear friends. I was not able to sample it but my friends were delighted. - Ernest, Neuchâtel

This was a thank-you gift to family and they loved it. They said it was easy to prepare, delicious and with generous portion sizes. - Marco, Geneva

Description

Low in fat - Fresh and ready to cook.

Haddock is a familiar fish in British and Scandinavian cuisine and popular for its non-oily, firm, and lean white meat. Haddock belongs to the cod family and lives in the cold deep waters of the North Atlantic.

A close relative to cod, haddock is firm and white, high in protein and low in fat. Haddock's bright white, delicate lean flakes are mild, yet slightly sweet in flavour.
